I was nervous it would smell too sweet, but the fig and Mediterranean summer notes are balanced and transportive. The cold throw is strong enough to scent my whole living room without being cloying. Burns clean and evenly, which is always a win for me.
The scent is exactly that late Mediterranean summer described — it instantly transports me to those open-windowed joyrides. The wax burns so clean and evenly, I've already gotten hours of lovely fragrance from it.
I lit this candle and immediately felt like I was lounging in a sun-drenched courtyard with a gentle breeze—the fig and Mediterranean notes are beautifully layered, not at all artificial. The burn is even and slow, easily lasting through several evenings of relaxation.
