The box stitch quilting keeps the bamboo layer from shifting even after a full week of washing, and the waterproof TPU backing has held up perfectly so far. It’s breathable enough that I don’t wake up sweaty, which was my main worry.

I was skeptical about the TPU layer making it feel crinkly, but it's totally silent and the bamboo fabric stays cool all night. Spilled coffee on it this morning and it beaded right up, didn't touch the mattress underneath.
